• Please arrive at the heliport 45 minutes before your scheduled flight.
• Smoking, food, and drinks are strictly prohibited on board.
• Passenger weights will be checked before boarding to comply with helicopter safety regulations.
• Dress comfortably — avoid large jewelry or dangling accessories.
• Tour routes may change depending on air traffic control, weather, or safety conditions.
• All passengers are insured under UAE Civil Aviation regulations.
• Note: Pregnant women, recent major surgery patients, heart patients, or guests with physical disabilities are not allowed on this activity.
• Shared hotel transfers are available only from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
