• Sharing transfers only available from Deira and Bur Dubai.
• During peak times, Jumeirah guest queues close 45 minutes before park closing.
• No refunds for unused or partially used services.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• No outside food, drinks, or alcohol allowed inside.
• Diving is not permitted; enter all attractions feet-first.
• Life jackets are mandatory for some rides.
• Additional surcharge may apply for pickup outside centrally located Dubai areas.
• Transfer timing may vary by 30–60 minutes based on location and traffic.
• No eating, drinking, or smoking allowed in transfer vehicles.
