• Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour.
• Photography is restricted in the main atrium and on the first floor.
• Guests under 16 must be accompanied by someone aged 21 or older.
• Children aged 0–3 enter free (complimentary ticket provided at the lounge; proof of age required).
• Pick-up service available from centrally located Dubai hotels and residences (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Marina).
• Dress code: smart casual (no shorts, flip-flops, open shoes, or athletic wear).
• Please note: eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle during transfer services.
