How To Redeem

Simple Entry

• Bring either a mobile or printed e-ticket with you
• Show your ticket at the counter to receive a wristband for entry
• Scan your wristband at the turnstile to begin your adventure

Important Information

Before You Go

• Valid passport or ID is required
• Not suitable for: Pregnant women, individuals with serious back/knee conditions, heart issues, or those who’ve had major surgery in the last 6 months
• Please review age, height, and weight restrictions for each activity before booking
• Secure glasses/sunglasses with an elastic band
• No sharp objects in pockets
• Footwear must be secure—no flip-flops, sandals, or barefoot entry allowed
• Dress modestly in line with local cultural expectations
• Food and drinks are not allowed on attractions
• Long hair must be tied back for safety
• No smoking allowed in the park
• All participants must adhere to safety rules and guidelines
• No refunds for partial or weather-shortened experiences
• AED 50/hour will be charged for late return of safety equipment or overstaying activity slots
• Activities close 30 minutes before the park's closing time
• Equipment must be returned 15 minutes before closing
