Before You Go

• Guests must be 17 years or older and weigh 100 kg or less
• A valid government-issued ID is required upon check-in
• Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled flight time
• Dress code: Wear comfortable, athletic clothing with sleeved tops and sports shoes (no buckles or studs)
• Not allowed: Phones, cameras, selfie sticks, sleeveless or low-cut tops, crop tops, short shorts, collared shirts, sandals, boots, or heeled shoes
• Bring sunglasses and a light jacket especially during cooler months
• Flights operate from an open cockpit at a height of 1,500 feet
• Operations may pause due to weather or unforeseen factors—you may reschedule or request a refund if your preferred slot is unavailable
• All experiences are subject to availability and weather conditions
• Eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited in transfer vehicles
