Before You Go

• Please carry valid photo identification (passport or Emirates ID)
• Arrive at the Al Habtoor Palace Bus Stop at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure
• Seating is allocated by the Bustronomy team and may be shared during peak times
• Children under 5 can travel free with a paying adult (1 child per adult) if no separate seat is required
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
• Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited onboard
• Please be cautious when moving inside the bus, especially when using staircases
• No refunds will be issued for partial participation or no-shows
• The tour operator reserves the right to charge a 100% no-show fee for late arrivals
