• Download the ticket and present it at the entry gates for scanning
• Once scanned, you're ready to enter and begin your adventure

Important Information

Before You Go

• A super taxi service is available within the park (AED 10 for adults, AED 5 for children – one way)
• Dress modestly and comfortably (shoulders and knees should be covered)
• Respect the animals and facilities – no teasing, feeding, or littering
• Not permitted: bicycles, pets, scooters, skateboards, toy guns, balloons, flash photography
• Outside food or beverages and alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
• Last Park entry is at 6:30 PM
• No eating, drinking, or smoking allowed inside vehicles during tours that include transfers
