What to Expect
Sunrise Takeoff
Arrive at the launch site before dawn and enjoy a warm welcome with Arabic tea, coffee, and light refreshments. Watch the balloon inflate and take shape, or even assist the expert crew in its setup. Once ready, you’ll receive a short safety briefing and board the basket for a smooth, uplifting adventure into the sky.

Soar Above the Desert
Rise to an altitude of over 4,000 feet and drift effortlessly above golden sand dunes and untouched wilderness. Marvel at the peaceful desert waking up with the first light of day. Capture stunning aerial views of native wildlife and the surrounding natural beauty – perfect for sunrise photography.

Smooth Landing & Souvenir

• Be at the pickup location 10 minutes early
• Shared transfers not available from Palm Jebel Ali, Expo, DIP, Al Maktoum Airport, Sharjah, or other emirates
• Flight is not allowed for:
• Children under 5 years
• Adults over 65 years
• Pregnant women
• Anyone over 119 kg (unless approved in advance)
• Individuals with recent surgery, back/knee/heart issues, or severe medical conditions
• Guests with any form of disability (mental, emotional, or physical)
• Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Participants must be able to enter/exit the balloon basket and hold brace position for landing
• Wear comfortable clothing (no high heels; opt for sneakers or boots)
• Balloon flights depend on weather; pilots have final authority. If canceled due to conditions, a new date or refund will be offered
