• Shared transfer timing may shift by 30–60 minutes due to traffic
• Tour not available from: Palm Jebel Ali, Expo, DIP, Al Maktoum Airport, Sharjah, and other emirates
• Children under 5 and adults over 65 are not permitted on the balloon flight
• Maximum weight per person is 119 kg – exceeding guests require prior pilot approval and will incur an extra charge
• Pregnant guests and those with serious medical conditions or recent surgeries are not allowed
• Not suitable for guests with disabilities, fear of heights, heart issues, or physical limitations
• Guests must be able to climb into the basket and hold the brace position for landing
• Alcohol, drugs, or large/heavy luggage are strictly prohibited
