• Pickup details will be shared the evening prior (between 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM)
• Be at your pickup location 10 minutes early to avoid cancellation
• Transfer timing may vary by 30–60 minutes depending on your location and traffic
• Restrictions:
• No guests under 5 years or over 65 years old permitted
• Max weight per guest: 119 kg (overweight guests require prior approval)
• Pregnant guests are not allowed
• Quad biking is not included in this package
• Participants must be physically fit to climb in and out of the balloon basket
• Not suitable for guests with heart conditions, recent surgeries, or fear of heights
• No guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be allowed to fly
• No heavy luggage or large bags permitted during the activity
• Wear comfortable, casual clothes and flat shoes (no heels)
• Balloon flights are weather-dependent. In the event of cancellation due to poor conditions, you'll be offered an alternative date or a full refund at your preference
