What to Expect
Early Morning Desert Escape
Your day begins with a pre-dawn pickup from your hotel or residence. On arrival at the desert camp, you'll be welcomed with aromatic tea, coffee, gahwa, and fresh dates. After a safety briefing, proceed to the launch site where you can watch the balloon being inflated and prepared for takeoff.

Soar into the Sky
As the balloon gently rises, experience the beauty of the desert at sunrise from over 4,000 feet. Watch the dark skies give way to golden light, revealing the dunes, native wildlife, and desert plants in all their morning glory. The one-hour flight offers a unique and tranquil perspective of the Arabian landscape.

Breakfast and Desert Activities
After your descent, head to a desert camp for a delicious breakfast featuring both Emirati and international dishes. Then, enjoy a 10-minute camel ride and a 30-minute quad biking session on a guided off-road track. Before heading back, receive a flight certificate signed by your pilot to commemorate your aerial adventure.

• After booking, a confirmation voucher will be emailed to you.
• Keep your voucher ready on your mobile or in printed form for verification.

• A valid passport or Emirates ID is mandatory.
• Submit the online waiver form at least 24 hours prior to your flight:

• A valid WhatsApp number is required to receive tour updates and pickup timing.
• Shared transfers not available from Palm Jebel Ali, Expo City, Dubai Investment Park, Al Maktoum Airport, Sharjah, or other emirates.
• Final pickup time will be shared the evening before your tour (between 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM).
• Be ready at the pickup location 10 minutes early to avoid cancellation.
• Transfer timings may shift by 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic and location.
• Age and health restrictions:
• Children under 5 and adults over 65 are not permitted to fly.
• Maximum passenger weight is 119 kg; guests above this require prior approval and may incur extra charges.
• Quad biking minimum age: 16 years.
• Pregnant women are not allowed to participate.
• This activity is not suitable for guests with serious back, knee, or heart conditions, recent major surgeries, or fear of heights.
• All participants must be in good physical health and able to climb in/out of the basket and bend for landing.
• Alcohol and drug use is strictly prohibited before or during the activity.
• No large luggage or bags allowed during the activity.
• Dress comfortably in casual wear. Avoid heels; opt for sturdy shoes or boots.
• Balloon flights are weather-dependent. The pilot has full discretion to cancel or proceed for safety. In case of cancellation due to poor weather, guests will be offered an alternative date or full refund.
