Arrive Before Sunrise & Join the Crew
You’ll arrive at the launch site just before dawn. Begin your morning at the traditional Majlis area, where you'll be welcomed with Arabic coffee (gahwa), tea, dates, and a warm atmosphere. Watch a safety briefing video and receive guidance from our experienced crew before heading to the launch area. Here, you can join the team as they prepare the balloon — from inflating it to readying the basket for lift-off.

Soar Over the Desert at Sunrise
As your balloon rises over 4,000 feet, take in panoramic views of the endless sand dunes below. This peaceful, majestic flight offers 360-degree views of the vast desert landscape as the morning sun paints the sky. Enjoy the calm, fresh air while watching native desert wildlife and plant life from above.

Gentle Landing & Keepsake Certificate
After about an hour in the air, your balloon will make a safe and smooth landing. Before concluding your adventure, you'll receive a personalized flight certificate signed by your pilot. Optional photos and video footage of your journey are available as souvenirs of your sky-high adventure.

• Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a voucher via email.
• Please check your spam/junk folders if you don’t see it in your inbox.
• Present either a printed or mobile version of the voucher when you arrive at the meeting point to exchange for your ticket.

• A valid passport or Emirates ID is required. No ID, no flight.
• Complete and submit the waiver form at least 24 hours in advance: https://raynawaiver.raynab2b.com/
• A valid WhatsApp number is necessary to receive your pick-up details and tour updates.
• Shared transfers are not available from: Palm Jebel Ali, Expo City, Dubai Investment Park, Al Maktoum Airport, Sharjah, or other emirates.
• Pick-up time is shared the evening before your flight (between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM). Be ready at least 10 minutes early to avoid missing your tour.
• Pick-up and drop-off times may vary by 30–60 minutes depending on traffic and location.
• Age restrictions: Not suitable for children under 5 or adults over 65.
• Weight limit: Maximum 119 kg. Additional fees may apply for guests over the limit, subject to pilot approval.
• Health advisory: Not suitable for pregnant women, those with heart or spinal conditions, recent major surgeries, or a fear of heights.
• All guests must be physically able to climb in/out of the basket and bend during landing.
• Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied boarding.
• No large bags or heavy luggage permitted on board.
• Wear comfortable, casual clothing. Avoid heels — sturdy shoes or boots are recommended.
• Weather conditions may impact the flight. The pilot has full authority to cancel for safety reasons. If canceled, guests may choose a new date or receive a full refund.
