• Guests must carry a valid ID or passport; passengers without valid ID will not be allowed to fly.
• A waiver form must be completed and submitted online 24 hours before the flight. Access the form at https://raynawaiver.raynab2b.com/.
• A valid WhatsApp number is required for reservations to communicate pickup times and provide updates.
• Sharing transfers are not available from Palm Jebel Ali, Expo, Dubai Investment Park, Al Maktoum Airport, Sharjah, and other emirates.
• The Balloon Flights team will share the exact pickup time the day before the tour, between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM.
• Be ready at the pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time; delays may result in cancellation.
• Pickup and drop-off times may vary by 30 to 60 minutes due to traffic conditions and location.
• Children under five and individuals over 65 years old are not permitted to fly.
• The maximum weight limit is 119 kg; exceeding this requires pilot approval and may incur an extra charge.
• Pregnant women are not allowed to fly.
• A 100% no-show fee applies if a guest cancels at the last moment; no alternate tour will be arranged, and no refund will be provided.
• All participants must be in good physical condition and able to climb in and out of the basket and bend during landing.
• Guests with disabilities, including mental health, emotional, and physical conditions, are not allowed to participate.
• Guests are not allowed to carry heavy luggage during the activity.
• Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited from flying.
• Comfortable, casual clothing is recommended; avoid high heels and wear comfortable shoes or boots.
• This activity is not recommended for individuals with heart conditions, serious knee or back issues, recent surgeries, or a fear of heights.
• Balloon flights are subject to weather conditions; the pilot has full authority to decide whether to proceed with or cancel the flight, prioritizing guest safety. If canceled due to bad weather, guests will be offered the next available tour date or a full refund.
