• Passengers exceeding 140 KG will not be allowed to fly.
• Arrival at the helipad is required 45 minutes before flight time.
• Pregnant women may fly only within the first 32 weeks of pregnancy or at their own risk.
• Routes may vary based on air traffic or operational needs.
