Strap on your ski boots and enjoy sliding through the snow, building a snowman in the mystical Ice Cave, or zooming through the Snow Bullet zip line. This thrilling ride takes you 16 meters above the slopes on a 150-meter-long line. For beginners, Ski Dubai also offers expert-led lessons to help you ski or snowboard like a pro.

Choose the Right Pass for You
Select the Snow Classic pass for basic access to all Snow Park areas, where you can enjoy activities like the climbing wall, snow slopes in a zorb ball, snow plough playground, bobsled, and bumper cars. For a more immersive experience, upgrade to the Ski Premium pass, which includes a 40-minute penguin encounter, unlimited ride access, a locker, and a souvenir photo.

• All necessary snow gear, including ski/snowboard equipment, jackets, trousers, boots, fleece gloves, and helmets for safety.
• Hotel pick-up and drop-off (if the transfer option is selected).

• Personal expenses such as shopping, dining, and drinks on-site.

• Ensure you have either printed or e-tickets ready.
• Present your ticket at the ticket counter to receive an entry wristband.
• Once ready, scan your wristband at the turnstile to enter.

• Snow Premium bookings must be confirmed 48 hours in advance.
• Helmets are mandatory for children under 13.
• Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 or older.
• Snow Bullet Ride requires riders to be at least 8 years old, 125 cm tall, and weigh over 30 kg, with a weight limit of 120 kg for adults.
• Mobile phones and cameras are not allowed in the Penguin Encounter area.
• Food and drink are only allowed at the Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant (open from 10 am to midnight).
• No refunds will be issued for unused or partially used services.
• Guests must refrain from bringing outside food or drinks into the park.
• Slope access is available for experienced skiers and snowboarders only.
• Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside vehicles during tours with transfer services.
