• Carry your original passport on the day of the flight. Digital copies will not be accepted.
• Arrive at the helipad at least 45 minutes before your scheduled flight.
• No smoking, eating, or drinking is allowed during the flight.
• Passenger weight will be verified prior to boarding for safety compliance.
• Dress comfortably in light clothing; avoid wearing jewelry or large accessories.
• All flights are subject to weather conditions and air traffic clearance.
• Not suitable for guests with heart conditions, recent surgeries, or pregnant women.
• All helicopter rides are insured under UAE Civil Aviation standards.
