Polar Pass (Snow Classic):

Polar Express Pass (Snow Plus):
Includes all Polar Pass features plus a Penguin Encounter meet the charming King and Gentoo penguins up close. This pass also includes a thrilling ride on the Snow Bullet Zipline.

How To Redeem

Simple Entry

• Carry your e-ticket or printed copy.
• Present your ticket at the Ski Dubai counter to receive a wristband.
• Scan your wristband at the turnstile and enjoy access to the venue.

• Children under 13 years must wear helmets at all times.
• Snow Bullet Ride Requirements:
• Minimum age: 8 years
• Minimum height: 125 cm
• Weight range: 30 kg to 120 kg
• Mobile phones and cameras not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter zone.
• Food and drinks are permitted only in designated areas (Avalanche Café and North 28 Restaurant).
• The Snow Daycation Pass includes a variety of optional experiences (subject to availability).
• Slope access is only for experienced skiers/snowboarders.
• Pregnant women are not permitted to participate in snow-based activities.
• The venue is not wheelchair accessible.
• For Snow Premium bookings, carry your confirmation email (sent 48 hours before your visit).
• No eating, drinking, or smoking allowed in transfer vehicles.
