• Depending on the package, you’ll receive a ticket or voucher. If given a voucher, be sure to download the actual ticket from the Booking Admin Panel.
• Have your e-ticket or printed ticket ready before arrival.
• Present your ticket to a representative for verification.

• A valid passport or Emirates ID is required for entry.
• Please arrive at least 45 minutes before showtime to secure your seat.
• Entry to Dubai Creek Park requires a separate fee:
• AED 5 per person for tourists
• AED 30 for UAE residents via NOL card, as mandated by Dubai Municipality.
• Free seating is available during regular showtimes on:
• Monday, Friday & Saturday at 11:00 AM
• Friday at 6:00 PM
• Arrive early for the best seating.
• Seating is on a first-come-first-served basis and subject to availability.
• Child tickets apply for ages 2 to 12 years.
• Children under 2 years can enter for free.
• For water-based interactions, participants must be 8 years or older and able to swim.
• Eating, drinking, or smoking is strictly prohibited inside transfer vehicles.
