• Children under 16 can participate in the safari but are not permitted for Shisha or Dune Buggy rides
• Infants are not allowed for dune bashing and must be accompanied by an adult
• Pregnant women and individuals with back issues are advised not to join the tour
• No heavy luggage is permitted
• Pickup available only from centrally located areas in Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Marina)
• For locations outside standard pickup zones, our operations team will assist with a meeting point
