• Food, beverages, and alcohol are not allowed onboard
• Passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied access without refund
• No refund for unused or partially used services
• Proof of age is required for child and infant tickets
• Not recommended for:
• Pregnant women over 3 months
• Individuals with serious heart conditions, recent major surgeries (within 6 months), or severe back/knee problems
• Anyone with extreme fear of heights
• All participants must sign a health declaration before the ride
• While the balloon ride itself lasts around 10 minutes, the full experience may take longer due to loading, safety checks, and waiting times
