• Valid ID or passport is required at check-in
• Participants must be confident swimmers
• Avoid alcohol and non-prescription drugs 24 hours before diving
• Participants must complete liability and medical forms prior to the experience:
• Scuba Diving: Medical Form
• Snorkeling: Liability Form
• Arrive at least 15 minutes early
• Recommended for guests aged 50+ to get doctor’s approval
• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
• Outside gear restrictions:
• Allowed: Mask, regulator, gauges, fins, cameras
• Not allowed: Cylinders, BCs, suits, diving boots
• Post-dive travel: Wait 18–24 hours before flying or ascending above 300 meters/1000 feet
• Bookings are valid only for the date and time selected
