• Check your email for the confirmation and downloadable ticket from Raykays Tours.
• Present your ticket at the Global Village entrance or scanning point.
• Upon scanning, you’ll be granted access to the venue.

• A valid photo ID or passport matching your booking is required for entry.
• Shared transfers are available only from central Dubai areas (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Marina).
• Transfer timing may vary based on traffic and location.
• Rides, shopping, and food expenses are not included in the ticket price.
• Children must wear safety wristbands issued at ticket booths or info kiosks.
• Pets, outside food/beverages, and any personal wheels (bicycles, skateboards, etc.) are not allowed.
• Modest attire covering shoulders and knees is mandatory for all guests.
• Final park entry is allowed only 30 minutes before closing.
• Children under 3 and seniors over 65 can enter free of charge.
• Eating, drinking, or smoking is not permitted inside transfer vehicles.
• Tuesdays are reserved for families and women only (except on public holidays).
• Value tickets are valid Sunday to Thursday, from 4 PM to 12 midnight.
