Our pricing policy ensures competitive rates with the convenience of online booking. Unless otherwise stated, prices listed on our website are per person and exclude tips for guides or drivers, passport/visa fees, travel insurance, meals and beverages, accommodation, room service, and laundry. Prices may change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances, such as increased airline fares, hotel rates, or transportation costs.
We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. Full payment must be made by credit card, and customers must provide their card details to complete the booking. Charges will appear on your statement accordingly.
Once payment is processed, our travel consultants will email you a confirmation slip. This document can be presented as proof of payment to redeem your tour package. Please ensure all travel details provided during booking are accurate.
1. Cancellations or Return
- Each tour/activity/hotel service has its own cancellation policy. Please review the cancellation policy of the selected service before confirming your booking with Raykays Tourism LLC.
- Combo tours can be cancelled; however, if one component of a combo is cancelled, the combo offer becomes void. The remaining tour(s) will be charged at their individual rates and the difference will be refunded.
- Tourist visa fees are non-refundable once paid through the Raykays Tourism LLC website.
- When booking combo packages, please ensure all selected tour options are available. You will only receive services explicitly included in your booking confirmation.
2. Refund
- No refund will be provided if you fail to appear for the tour. This applies to unused tickets, sightseeing activities, car rentals, or chauffeur services.
- Rescheduling is also not permitted for confirmed tours, airport transfers, or other travel-related services.
Before initiating a cancellation, please read the applicable rules for your selected package. Cancellations must be submitted to Raykays Tourism LLC in writing. Once received, we will confirm the cancellation by email, phone, or fax, along with any applicable fees. We are not responsible for unreceived or unconfirmed cancellation requests.
Tour routes and included services may change due to weather, airline schedules, or local conditions. In such cases, we will offer equivalent alternatives, subject to availability. Itinerary changes may occur without prior notice, and Raykays Tourism LLC reserves the right to make such modifications without offering refunds. No compensation will be provided for changes caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters.
If your preferred hotel is unavailable, we will attempt to secure a similar alternative within the same budget and standard. Check-in/check-out timings depend on hotel policies. Raykays Tourism LLC is not responsible for early or late check-in/out requests not accommodated by the hotel.
Raykays Tourism LLC is not liable for any injury, illness, loss of personal belongings, accidents, or cancellations. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover such unforeseen circumstances.
Travelers are responsible for carrying all necessary documents, including a valid passport or ID. No refund will be issued due to missing or invalid documents. All travelers must confirm entry, visa, and health requirements with their consulate before travel, as these are subject to change.
